If you require a refund, please get in contact with us as we will review the issue you have experienced with the product and determine a suitable remedy.
Once a refund is issued, you will receive an email from us to notify you that it is being processed.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
We understand that situations change, so if you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of pick up or delivery.
Please note that most of cookies contain wheat (gluten), tree nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts) and dairy, so are not suitable to those with these food allergies.
We bake our cookies in a commercial kitchen, therefore there is always a risk of traces of these allergens.
If you are concerned about a specific allergen, please get in contact with us prior to purchasing.
All Mother's Day delivery orders (Auckland and Nationwide) will be put on a targeted overnight courier on Wednesday 4th May.
This means the delivery should arrive on the 5th of May, and if not, then on the 6th of May.
All cookies are packaged and will be perfectly fine to gift / consumed for Mother's Day on Sunday 8th of May.
Our cookies are best eaten within a weeks time-frame, but we do recommend heating them up in the microwave for 20-30 seconds for best enjoyment.
